Big Ass Slices

So the reviews didn’t look good and I was hesitant to try this place. But we do pizza reviews and try them all, so I decided to go with the small (normal) size slice. The big slice looked too much for me. Decent amount of toppings for a smaller then average slice. Thin with a hint of crisp. Not greasy at all and the crust had a nice taste. If this slice could have been crispy you would been in high 7’s.

Owner was crazy nice!! My hood. Went with the The standard slice The “ big ass slice” - The dude stayed open during the pandemic with hell from his son. much respect. But let’s talk pizza. A little more well done and a little more flavor, we could have added a little more points. All love.

Big Ass Slice was Too big, to much flop. Cheese was only part saving it bringing it into the 6s. Sticks to its name though. Late night slice. Had a buffalo chicken normal size and cooked much better. I think it’s because of the size of the pie.

The truth is in the name,It’s fuckin huge. Very greasy, but a decent slice.

Doing some work on Market Street today and there are quite a few spots I haven’t tried over this way. Unfortunately, I picked what looks like one of the worst in terms of quality and the community agrees. Sure...it’s a “Big Ass Slice”... but the flavors were blah and the crust was undercooked and doughy tasting. For such a great location in the city.... the pizza needs a serious overhaul. I didn’t even finish the slice so I’m hoping to find another place to review for hunger purposes. That’s a review.

A little flop. Cheesesteak pizza. Golden slice didn’t look too good.

Pretty standard no thrills slice. Ill even forget I had it later today.

Wasn’t expecting much, given the stupid name. Basically lived up to my expectations. Crispy, a little greasy but tasted good.

Have to differentiate between “small and large” slice, also sauce is just eh.

Good sauce! But slices are too much dough and not enough sauce and cheese also needs more crisp!

Garbage.

Too floppy, way too floppy and under cooked. Very doughy. Taste, ehh not good. Sauce a little too much oregano.

Burnt, bland minus the oregano. Nasty and expensive. Dave would have shit on all you that are giving these high scores.

Bland, disappointment

Light, crisp crust. Good flop.
