Alright, we’re on Canton Street in the 'Burg. Everybody knows the rules.
You walk into Big Cheese, and you instantly know this isn't some generic corporate conveyor-belt operation. The name says Big Cheese, and they aren't frauding you, this pie has some serious structural weight to it. It’s got a heavy blanket of cheese, but surprisingly minimal flop. The undercarriage holds up like a pristine vintage sports card right out of a hobby box.
The crust has a nice, classic local bakery chew to it, and the sauce is solid, though a little extra tang would really make it fly off the board. It's a heavy hitter, the kind of pizza you feed a whole youth sports team after they just ran a clinic on the court, or what you order when you’re locking in for a full Sunday slate of analytics and point spreads.
It’s good, dependable, heavy-duty North Country pizza. It's not standard New York City street style, but for the 'Burg? It's a hometown staple.
