Big G's Pizza

An out-of-left-field joint tucked within Clark street, stand a little spot that has some surprising pies. Team has got to work on their slicing, but nit-picking aside, a surprisingly solid crunch with super tangy sauce caked liberally across the pie. With the amount of sauce in this, you would think it would make for a pizza you are bound to wear, but the cheese really comes in and binds everything together, thus complimenting the sauce, and keeping the flavors in without drying out or getting an oily slice. As it makes its way to the crust is where things get a little doughy, but I can really set that aside for how well the experience is throughout the main parts of the slice. Such an underrated pizza. Solid day/ lunch pizza.
