6.1 and a 6.7 (from Tampa not as high expectations as jerzery boy)

Best pizza I’ve had in Gainesville so far. No flop, the crust is nice and fresh. The sauce is good and tastes home made. The cheese could use a little more flavor, but not bad. Overall good pizza.

Overall good pizza. There was a good balance of cheese and sauce with a nice crunchy crust without being oily. Based on other One Bite review I ordered it well done which was a good call. I would def stop by Big Lou’s when passing thru Gainesville FL.

Pizza and rolls are very flavorless and greasy. The Stromboli and calzone are decent and reasonably priced however.

As a New Yorker who just moved here 🤦🏽‍♂️ this pizza is trash lol not enough sauce and no flavor. People need to stop saying New York pizza because it’s not even close

Very nice crust, especially around the circumference. Nice, balanced Tang. The cheese is quality. One of the closest things to NY pizza in the ville as far as I'm concerned.

Solid NY Slice. Little flop, little grease. Pizza was actually a bit too thin but the sauce/cheese ratio was on point. The crust isn't anything to write home about but I'd definitely recommend it compared to the area. Source - Brooklyn born and raised

Not enough sauce

This is a good pie T, mild New York flop. The sauce is fairly minimal, but when you get a bite with a good amount of sauce, it’s a good bite. Good flavored sauce/cheese. I have to say the highlight of the pizza is the crust. The crust is really crispy/crunchy without feeling like there’s too much bread. That’s a review T.

NY style true to it's name. Not too floppy either. Cheese and sauce are good. Crust was nice and crisp. I have a feeling Dave would like this one

Greasy slice that’s what happens when you get bacon on a pizza. Such is life. Crispy crust. Marginal NY flop. Good not great - 7.4
