Big Lou's Pizza

Had to check it out….not sure why the reviews are so low. Pizza was good.

Pretty good, big as fuck also. Just a little greasy.

This pizza was huge!! Way to many toppings!! I blame my family for ordering this pizza like that.. I think it was just to big.. lots of flop on the slice, it was a giant slice I had to fold it.. don’t get me wrong it was good pizza but just so big!

Big flop undercarriage. Cheese, bubbly, savory and salty. Sauce slightly sweet. Outside crust is 7+ level. Airy and soft, but holds a bite.

Decent pizza, pretty good sweet sauce and nice cheese/sauce ratio. Crust was ok, wish it was crispier. I thin Dave’s review was skewed because he tried the super big size.

Basic pizza. Nothing to get excited about. The selling point is the gimmick, huge pizza. Presentation is a 9.5! Taste is papa johns.

A lovely cheese pizza Just for me

20 inch pepperoni, really big slices. Service is okay. They also gave me a rum and coke in a Stella glass which is pretty dope. All-in-all pretty good pizza.

Calling Dave out. This is great pizza and that’s why it’s so popular in San Antonio (He was obviously just frustrated with the size and service). I will agree that the service is subpar and it took us almost 2 hours to get our pie after waiting in like 3 separate lines, but this football style pizza is very addicting and popular for a reason. However, compared to New Haven and NYC pizza it doesn’t stack up. Regardless, it’s a good slice and I would recommend giving it a try. 7.3 that’s the review.
