Big Pauly's Wood Fired Pizza

Just a very solid pie. One of my favs in the Chicagoland area.

Awesome crust. Good sauce. The three of us (Wife and daughter) thought the pie could use a touch more cheese. Worth the 30 minute drive.

Very tasty pizza! The toppings were extremely fresh and the sauce had a great taste of sweet with a small tang. I’m not sure if the dough had a little spice or the meats, but it was awesome. Initial bite(s) and piece had a great crisp, same with the crust. Pizza was very “airy” for as many toppings as we put on it tonight. Will definitely be back!

I was really excited when I saw the char! Just looking at it I got so excited thinking it was going to be crispy but have a nice chew. It did have chew to it but definitely not crispy. Tons of flop! Crust was good, sauce was really good, cheese was weird and not a fan of the sausage.

The best margarita pizza plus the wise gals pizza, which is spinach artichoke dip pizza with chicken. This pizza will blow your mind.

Very good pizza! All ingredients are fresh and made to order. The char on the crust is great.

For a wood fire I was expecting a crisper crust & it wasn’t. But overall a very solid pie.

Crust is nice and chewy, sauce is sweet/tangy & fresh tasting- it's not overpowered by a bunch of seasonings. Cheese isn't too greasy and just the right amount. Wish we would've ordered a larger size!
