Big Pauly's Wood Fired Pizza

This is my new favorite spot. Look at that thing. Great undercarriage and the sauce is fantastic.

Super floppy. Chewy almost. Sauce had a great taste, nothing else about it is too special. Review done 7 min after picking up (lives nearby)

Looks beautiful. Tastes pretty good. Nice char and crust still a little chewy but it works for me. Sauce is excellent. Cheese is a bit meh for me. Still a very good choice in the area.

Just a very solid pie. One of my favs in the Chicagoland area.

Awesome crust. Good sauce. The three of us (Wife and daughter) thought the pie could use a touch more cheese. Worth the 30 minute drive.

Very tasty pizza! The toppings were extremely fresh and the sauce had a great taste of sweet with a small tang. I’m not sure if the dough had a little spice or the meats, but it was awesome. Initial bite(s) and piece had a great crisp, same with the crust. Pizza was very “airy” for as many toppings as we put on it tonight. Will definitely be back!

I was really excited when I saw the char! Just looking at it I got so excited thinking it was going to be crispy but have a nice chew. It did have chew to it but definitely not crispy. Tons of flop! Crust was good, sauce was really good, cheese was weird and not a fan of the sausage.

The best margarita pizza plus the wise gals pizza, which is spinach artichoke dip pizza with chicken. This pizza will blow your mind.

For a wood fire I was expecting a crisper crust & it wasn’t. But overall a very solid pie.
