Alright Frankie ... What street on are on? *Wonders around in skinny jeans* Just kidding Frankie we are at DTW airport at Bigalora. Coal fired pizza, I love it. It looks incredible Frankie. This is my favorite kind of pizza. One bite, everyone knows the rules. We try them all til we try them all. Excellent crispy crust with minimal Detroit flop. The sauce and mozz looks a little wet on top however. Lots of olive oil on top, adds to creaminess, but definitely contradicts the coal fired crust. The pizza is lacking flavor, particularly salt. Not my favorite example of coal fired pizza. 6.7. Thanks a review.

Great crust, good sauce. Good cheese. Maybe a little heavy on the cheese. Definitely greasy. The Classic falls under a date/football pie hybrid. Pie came out like hot lava. Definitely a mouth burner. The Prosciutto De Parma is great too. This is the best place to get a pie in the airport.

The crust is like an 8.5 but the rest is a greasy mess. Maybe better at the actual location and not the airport
