Bigalora Wood Fired Cucina

Nearly a perfect wood fired pizza. The sauce was absolutely perfect - nothing I’d change there. Yes, there’s some “flop” like any other traditional thin style pizza, but still crispy and perfectly charred. A little less olive oil and sauce probably would have fixed the flop. Whatever. Still the best pizza in the area hands down not up for debate. Better than Cantoro.
