Floppy but a good edge crust. Sauce is nice.

By far one of the best wood fire pizzas I’ve ever had. Everything is perfectly balanced. The sauce is on point (red). Worth the drive if this is your style pizza.

Nearly a perfect wood fired pizza. The sauce was absolutely perfect - nothing I’d change there. Yes, there’s some “flop” like any other traditional thin style pizza, but still crispy and perfectly charred. A little less olive oil and sauce probably would have fixed the flop. Whatever. Still the best pizza in the area hands down not up for debate. Better than Cantoro.
