I’ve heard about how good the Bigbar pizza is but I’ve avoided it because I don’t enjoy being in bars. So I got this to go! I think mostly people are just drawn to how large the pizza is (they offer a 24 incher but I went for 18 here) because I found it to be pretty average. Certainly not bad, but not amazing by any stretch. Pretty saggy/floppy and I wish it was cut into fewer slices because these were so skinny they couldn’t be folded. But I get it, you want a bunch of slices to feed a large group out at the bar.
I’m not a “well done” guy but I do think this one was a bit undercooked while still being cooked properly so no raw dough or anything. It was just overall a tad bland. Could use some seasoning or something to make it stand out a bit more. I would like to add that the price on these are pretty dang affordable, however, so you get a good value.
I will say that I really liked the pepperoni balls. They’re huge and made with a fresh dough and full of pepperoni and cheese. Incredible.
