Looked like it was going to be oily it was but not as bad as it looked. Heavy on the cheese light on the bake dough is chewy could be baked longer or higher temp. Bar pizza. Heavy flop. Speciality pizzas are a 6.8.

Classic pub pie. Crispy crust thin and a little greasy. Good pizza and beer style. Almost reminds me of a New York slice from lower Manhattan 😙
