Well I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by this pizza. Pre-made pie sitting, looked slightly dry, and my impression was it was a slow day with not many customers.
1. This place cooks its own cold cuts fresh. Nice variety of Italian selections in the glass case.
2. This is my 3rd time doing a review from an Italian market that also sells pizza, and all turned out to be very good.
3. The dough and cheese were right at the perfection level. Could have used a bit more sauce, although to some people that is a deal breaker, It is secondary to me.
4. My rating 7.9 ( with more sauce, might have hit an 8.1)
