Pizza Review
This is one of those pizzas I could tell I wasn’t gonna like much the minute I opened the box. Pale complexion, mangled crust, and an oil slick of grease coating the majority of the cheese. And just as I suspected, super soft dough, gushy & mushy from the pool of oil. The sauce isn’t terrible, but it’s certainly not very memorable. The lower quality cheese is on par with dollar slices. It’s the kind of pizza you’d hammer down while drunk, which is the only explanation for anyone rating this higher than a 7. But like most pizza made in Brooklyn, even when it’s bad, it’s still pretty good compared the the crappy pies they produce in places outside of the Tri-State area. But there’s no reason to settle for this joint in the borough of quality pizzerias.
