As good as pizza gets! Great dough and sauce. You can tell they use top notch ingredients. This is worth a drive! I’ve had multiple 8.0 plus pizzas in manhattan and this beats all of them.

Great NYC style pizza. Fresh ingredients and great sourdough crust. If you tend to like your pizza on the doughier side, a whole pie is perfect for that. If you like it crispier, ask for crispier or just get a premade slide. Both ways are delicious though! Our favorite pizza in New York is John’s of Bleecker and this is up there with it! Also, the cookies are AMAZING. Great, kind staff too!

Located in downtown Asheville, this seems as close to NYC style you’ll find in the city. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, which is a plus. Sourdough crust is the MVP here. Nice cheese to sauce ratio. Pretty good flavor. Not too oily. Get the sea salt brownie too. Very good.

Perfect char, nice undercarriage, crisp crust. I got the pepperoni & sausage for the wife. Pie held up nicely on the 25 minute drive home. Absolutely no heartburn from the well balanced sauce and quality toppings.

Big, 20” pie, flop city tasty crust right amount of salt and flavor, great sauce. Just seemed uneven, like too much dough was used. Seemed to be too thick in spots and thin in others. Previously was manicomio, maybe it’s just growing pains. Delicious though. was even better the next day for some reason.

Crispy crust, no flop, nice NY style pizza. We didn’t ruin it with your soggy ingredient nonsense.

Underwhelmed.. service was 100% but it’s a basic football pizza, nothing stands out.. no big crisp, undercarriage not there..

Incredible margarita slice. sauce was great, was sweet but not too sweet. undercarriage was toasted just right so and had a solid crunch with each bite, crust could have been thicker Overall a very impressive margarita slice, 8.1

Crispy crust, light slice. Not too much cheese, not too greasy. Sauce is well made, great under carriage.

Great pizza. Just did the cheese with no seasoning, one slice reheated. Great service. Everyone is so nice here

Didn’t try it at the best temp so could possibly be a 7.8 right out of the oven. So far this and PiEZa are the best I’ve had in the area as far as nyc slice

A little undercooked

Dough was plain but cheese taste great. Cooked perfectly. Some flop.

Pizza is okay. Too much flop, dripping with grease, chewy cheese and cheese to sauce ratio leaves a lot to be desired.

Not bad at all for Ashville NC. Good sauce, little flop, good crust though just should have cooked a little more. A little to greasy for and to much flop. I would have given higher score cause tasted really good.

Tastey but extremely average pizza, the cheese is quality and the sauce sweet. I’d do it again. Their deserts are off the chain 9.7
