Bivio Pizza Napoletana

Best Neapolitan style pizza in NJ, one of the BEST in the world! And I’ve eaten some of the best in Napoli, Italy. Bivio is as good as the best of them!

Now that was a Neapolitan pizza. Everything about this was excellent. I just wish it was a little bigger considering the hefty price. Neapolitan can go up to 12 inches. This was about 10 maybe less.

Maybe it was a one off but this pie was very disappointing. I got the margherita pie with the buffalo mozzarella. They only serve personal pies and it was $19, a dollar extra for the buffalo mozz, which is pretty expensive for any pie let alone a personal. The sauce was very watery and the cheese was sparse.
