This is a light and flaky crust. It reminded me of a gourmet Pizza Hut. The pepperoni had a little bite, but I wanted more. The crust did have a nice crunch to it.

No flop, but it is a flat bread pizza, so has good undercarriage. Sitting at a bar but not typical "bar" pizza. Good taste, not too heavy
