This was the pepperoni deep dish. I thought the sauce and cheese where pretty nice and not overly greasy considering it was a deep dish pie. There was a lot of pepperoni which sort of over saturated the whole thing with too much salt though. The bottom was crisp but the center was pretty variable. Towards the edges it was pretty flaky and good (albeit a bit dense) but at the center it was a little doughy and undercooked. Ultimately a pretty good pie though and good indulgent sort of deal.

I know, not the gold standard cheese but I got outvoted. Super deep slice, but not like a traditional deep dish, more like pan pizza. A little too greasy and fluffy for me. Bonus Pizookie review: 9.1

It’s alright for an appetizer but it isn’t really good pizza. The sauce is good, meat is good, but the crust is pretty atrocious. 6.4 that’s a review.

Really enjoy the Tavern Cut Pizza! This is a nice strong pizza with crispy crust but a tad bland. Great toppings on the Italian market pizza. Could eat 2 of them! Great Appetizer
