I’ve heard of it being called Pizza Bus and also The Pizza Machine. I am from New Jersey originally, this pie was a bit different than what I’m used to. Same pizza hustle establishment with a small mountain town vibe . A personable, go getter type of pizza maker/owner. Crust is almost like a wafer or a cracker consistency, if you fold, the crust will not Bend it cracks. very unique taste. Not greasy at all. They claim a 40 inch pie, maybe I’ll get that one day, but the 16 or 18 are excellent. Actually the best I’ve had since moving here. Close to asheville.
