Black Sheep Coal Fired Pizza

Loved it, the crust, the cheese, and specifically the sauce. Zero flop, perfectly seasoned sauce, and creamy tasting cheese. This will become a staple for our family. So far the King of the North.

Very thin crust with decent crunch. Good sauce. But needs more cheese which brings it under an 8 for me.

Think his 8.3 was pretty spot on…was delicious, just a little bit more cooked would my only negative feedback but very very good!

Got the 12” Cheese and Sauce, no toppings. Presentation was amazing, service was good other than getting the pizza 20 mins after it was supposed to be out for per the take out email. Crust had good crunch and had a good charred taste and texture to it. Sauce was amazing, however was a little overbearingly salty. Cheese was very light, but still noticeable. Overall a 6.8. Good crunch to it but the sauce being too salty and the cheese being so thin left me wanting more flavor to be present.

Great taste, but was not crunchy. May have been because we were the first pizza of the day. The taste was amazing though. If they would have left it in a minute longer it would have been over an 8

Obviously great pizza. Great cheese and sauce combo. But crust was a little too chewy for my liking, and not hardly at all crunchy.

Honestly. It was incredible. Full of flavor, that sauce was amazing. Crisp, perfect undercarriage. Great crust. I see why Dave claims this as Minnesotas best. Because it is. It’s amazing. It’s the best pizza I’ve ever personally had the privilege of trying. I would recommend this pizza to anyone looking for a great pizza in Minnesota. You can’t beat it.

16" cheese and sauce no toppings. Cheese and sauce was good, good crunch on the outer half, ball shaped flop. My car smelled like burnt char instead of spices. They gave me the pie 10 minutes after online order pickup time. No free parking nearby. Would get again.

Great way to finish off a Friday. 12” cheese hit a home run. Sauce was bright red with tons of flavor. Zero flop and perfect char on the undercarriage. Cheese had great flavor. If you bumped up the flavor of the crust, you’d have a mid-high score in the 8’s.
