Crust is more dense for a neapolitan style pizza, also has more sauce and cheese than most neapolitan pizzas. sauce is on the sweeter side, plenty of fresh cheese, pepperonis cupped and crisp.

Etna - Mozzarella, ricotta, and garlic oil topped with sesame seeds, orange honey, and fine grated pistachios. A very unique combination of ingredients that go together way better than they sound on top of a fresh, easily bitable crust without the chewiness that make the dream of eating a cloud full of pizza closer to reality than expected.
