Blast & Brew

This NY pizza snob is declaring victory for Blast & Brew and their pizza. Few wood fired pizza places can achieve the crisp crust and still maintain that pillow-like center crust, and these guys nailed it! The sauce was not a standout but there was a perfect amount of cheese. Best wood-fired I've had in the Phoenix area yet, and I've tried a LOT of them! Even the wings (Buffalo) were on point. Pretty casual counter order place. Probably best for dine-in for best pizza experience.
