Not a hint of crisp. I thought I was at Chuck E. Cheese.

Ingredients are good, the crust is a little biscuit like .. nice place.

Sauce a little bitter. Too much sag. The wood fire crisp saved it. It's a review

Wood fired, nice char, but some flop. Delicious overall

Not too much flop, good sauce, weak crunch, kind of burnt, a little too doughy.

Basic pie nothing fancy tangy sauce and nice cheese. Crispy edges with a doughy middle.
