Coming from Jersey, this pizza leaves little to go on. Crust was burnt, cheese and sauce added no flavor, and the cuts were wildly made. For a create your own type experience, this was a let down.

Alright, Frank. Got the 11 inch simple pie here. One bite. No flop. Hmm. Interesting. This crust is a little confusing. It's super thin, and kinda chewy, yet also kinda crispy. It's got some character to it. Sauce is great, but there could be a little more of it. Cheese is good, not great. I know it's wood fired, but it's slightly burnt in some places. That's what keeps it from the 8's is the burnt after taste. Overall a pretty good pie. Crust is one of a kind, but not in a great great way. Still impressed. Way better than your typical chain. Choose them 100/100 over pizza hut, dominoes, etc.

Cauliflower crust Xtra sauce Mozzarella, Roccota and fresh mozzarella W a few cloves of garlic and salt and oregano And the key was to asked to cook “well baked” for the super crisp dough and crust. Like A pro! One bite... u know the rules!
