Pizza Review
Blaze pizza, my only regret is what we’re always told at supper time “get it while it’s hot!” Definitely fouled waiting until I got home to sink this pie down my gullet. Regardless, even at room temp, this pizza had nice fold and held its toppings well. The classic red sauce has almost the perfect tang if you’re looking for something simple. The dough was impeccably cooked through and the crust had the perfect crunch to soft ratio. As for toppings I regret the ham, should’ve went for pepperoni, it was almost like peameal without the pickling. The base cheese was nice but the ovalini mozza blew me away. That finished with some sea salt and arugula made this an awesome pie. Solid 8/10, no one is perfect but I’ll intimidate my wallet into coming back here often enough.
