When coming to Blaze I’ve figured out how to create a better pie. It isn’t anything to do with toppings or sauce. It’s all about how long they cook it. I always ask for the pie to be cooked longer to where a char starts to be seen on the crust. This creates a crispier pie with better texture.

Decent cheese, sauce is ehhh, Crust was alright but could’ve used more cook time, Floppy, Greasy. Not bad but not good.

Súper greasy, pretty good dough, pizza sauce was good, tons of cheese I loved the cheese ratio, only $5.49 for the cheese pizza. Staff struggled a bit. Overall pretty good for a bunch of teenagers on an assembly line slinging dough in a press.
