Blaze Pizza

Had very low expectations going in considering this was a chain pizza place. Going through the pizza assembly line my expectations sunk even lower. Pre-stretched dough and not the best looking ingredients. What they do have is a decent wood-fire oven. I wasn’t expecting to go out of the fours and went with a white pie with sausage and meatballs, fresh garlic and ricotta because my expectations for the crust and sauce were so low I had to go to flavor town on the toppings. All being said, better than I expected but still not very good. 5.1!!! Crust was very underwhelming.
