Blaze Pizza

Ok Frankie I know it’s a chain joint but it’s right up my alley. Thin, light, crispy, nice undercarriage and char. This is a I am in a hurry and want something that is quick and good pizza. That’s a review!!!

I really enjoy Blaze. I don't know why they have such a low score. We ordered a plain cheese and the new Chipotle Ranch. The chipotle one had more crisp which made it delicious, we wish the cheese one had been cooked a along but both had a nice crispy.

Let me start off by saying this. This is my style of za. Pie size is absolutely on point for a personal pan. I, personally got the high rise pizza (thicker crust). This certain crust could use some work as it is a little dry and doughy. Regular sauce is to die for but a little more cheese on the slice wouldn’t hurt as well. After collaborating with my mates, we decided a 7.4 was a well thought-out and professional score. Service was fantastic as the employees were more than friendly. Would definitely eat again❗️🤘🏽🤘🏽❌🧢

This is a good pie. Not great but good. If you were in the area I would recommend it but it’s nothing special. The “fast-fire’d” aspect of the pizza gives it a nice and fresh taste. This thinner style of pizza is almost too thin. Not quite enough cheese or sauce thus giving it more of a “plainer” taste. But that really the only complaint I have with it. They also have some kick ass desserts and would give their chocolate chip cookie an easy 7.8. Overall pretty solid pie. Blaze....
