This is about one step up from Little Caesar’s. It’s the fast food of pizza. It only took about 5 minutes to cook my pizza, but there wasn’t much to it. The oven (wood-fired?) put a tiny bit of char on the thin crust, but it stayed floppy as a dog’s ear. It was pretty greasy considering how few toppings were on it. I’d come back for a quick bite, but I wouldn’t plan a meal around this pizza.
