Blaze Pizza

So this is a chain that is really about making your own pie, which for me meant I added all kinds of interesting toppings. Mine was very good, but to make sure it wasn’t just the toppings I tried the kid’s cheese. I had to stick to the one bite tradition. It was excellent. The sauce has the right tang, crust is cooked in a wood fire oven to perfection. I was very surprised how solid this pie was and will be back.
