Blaze Pizza

I actually like this pizza a lot. Love the crust. It’s nice and thin with a great crisp to it. I got a cheese and the hot chicken specialty and both were good. I’d definitely go again. Little surprised of the low score. Problem may be you can customize so much here. Try a cheese/Margherita pizza to give a more legit score but I like this pizza a lot. Could use a little more cheese though.

The pros: crust is nicely charred and cooked for proper time, somewhat fresh but maybe mid grade ingredients, nice sweetness to sauce Cons: sauce lacks key element of tang. Solid quick pizza won’t blow your socks off
