Blaze Pizza, one bite everybody knows the rules. It is a decent slice. Small personal pizzas. The 'Simple Pie', is the cheese pizza. These slices have a lot of flop. Lot of cheese, lot of sauce. Sauce is good and tastes authentic. Crust has nice crunch. But unless you go thick crust, crust to cheese/sauce ratio is off. Good price for basic pie. Made in front of you. I would consider this a speciality pizza place. It does the job. Better than average, but not by much.
