Bleecker Street Pizza

Was excited to try some nyc pie. This slice made my night. Swear it melted away in my mouth. The cheese and sauce were both very flavorful with a great underbelly crisp. I bet this rating would’ve been higher if I got the whole pie, but this slice was great

Dough a bit too crispy for me but tasted amazing

Man, first bite was epic. Second bite- ehhh. Few more bites in and had a weird taste in my mouth. We were the only guys in there and the dude was treating the line like Pats and Genos. (“NEXT!”) couldn’t finish the slice and was disappointed. Must be tough living in Johns of bleeder street’s shadows. Maybe I’ll get a full pie next time- maybe the reheat hurt the integrity.

The location really makes the place. Old school slice shop on the corner in the village. The pizza was decent. Nice dough but the cheese wasn’t very good a dropped the score for me.

Definitely different rate than others.. think it’s worth the price just not the trip.

Decent sauce and cheese but the crust was poor. Not thin. Not tasty. Just a miss on the crust. Still a 7.1. But not worthwhile here in the big Apple.

They had shirts and signs talking about number one rated in this magazine, on that poll, by this person. I probably wouldn’t be upset if they were just like “yeah, we’re a pizza joint down the street from two way better places.” I would feel less ripped off if i got a 7 dollar white claw as opposed to this 4 dollar slice.

Huddy takes on Bleecker Street

If you’re gonna go here, get the Dona Maria. It was fresh, crunchy and not too greasy. I don’t know if their plain or pepperoni is just as good, but if you want a solid slice with a familiar taste, get the Dona Maria.

Great slice no flop. Side note the owner or former owner is a great guy and cares about his customers and his Legacy. (Owner is Pictured in red shirt, only in one day a week now say hi from MO if you stop in). This is a must try.
