Great crust. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Tangy sauce.
The salsiccia was better today. Almost no flop and the combination of sausage, rapini, fontina and pecorino is dynamite. Score: 8.4
The margherita was just too floppy probably because it was heavy on the sauce. Score: 8.2
