Blue Marsh Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

NY style thin crispy crust, the right amount of cheese and sauce. Could use a little more "zing" to pop the flavor. But overall, the texture and structure are excellent, and it's cooked perfectly. A really well-built pie! Bonus: their wings rock!
