Blue Moon Pizza

This is their infamous Grandma Pizza. It was a good and decent pizza a couple of points above Domino's Pizza. The crust was buttery but not as crisp as I requested. The sauce was tangy and cheese was fresh. The pizza was very large so what you are seeing is a frozen version of it. I could easily feed 4 people. Grandma and Detroit Pizza in my opinion are one in the same. I would recommend that they thin the dough a little so that it doesn't resemble pizza bread. If I closed my eyes I wouldn't have known the difference between pizza bread and pizza. Remember less is more. It should an even balance of dough and ingredients. Overall ingredients were good. I would buy it again because I'm local and options of good pizza is scarce in Atlanta. The price points are on target and its a great value. Would I travel to Atlanta to try this pizza, no. However I would recommend it over some of the other pizza places in this area. I'm not being bias but I yet to any pizza in this area that can compare to pizza I've had in Chicago.
