Blue Pan Pizza

I really enjoyed this Detroit style pizza. That said it is very inconsistent crust and one pizza i got was just soggy with no crunch. Detroit pizza is all about the crust.. Sauce is average, and the topping are very very good.. You must eat this pizza within 5 minutes, ages horribly

Detroit style pizza. It’s like a better version of Jets pizza. Thicker square, crispy crust, tasty sauce . Fresh ingredients and a few Michigan beers on tap.

The Southwestern BBQ Chicken pizza was excellent. The spicy bbq sauce really added that extra flavor.

First time eating Detroit style pizza. Crust is different. very crispy classic pan style. Ricotta is very creamy and sauce is tasty. Overall a solid pizza

This Detroit style pizza was very good. The edges and bottom were on point. Perfect thickness and good texture.

Brooklyn Bridge. Literally the best pizza I've ever had in my life. Crispy crust, delicious cheese, quality sauce... What more do you need?

First time to Colorado and I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this pizza. The best pie was called the Brooklyn Bridge which is in their Detroit style. Square slices with pepperoni, sausage, ricotta on top. Some of the best crust I’ve ever had. It was airy yet crispy all around with the ends being the best part of the pizza.

I cheated and got a pizza with toppings. Doesnt matter, this is quality pizza. Kinda lacking in flavor but the crust is phenomenal. Airy and crispy throughout and the edges of the pizza are the best part. Best I’ve had in Denver BY A MILE

This is the closet pizza Denver has to a grandma slice, it’s Detroit style. Never knew it was a thing, but this is damn good pizza. Go now and thank me later.

Red sauce can battle with any of the best pizzas in the world. The right half is the Brooklyn bridge. Topping alright, but the sauce cheese and crust are phenomenal. Left is Parma. Sub par. But to repeat, sauce and crust to die for. Classic Cheese pizza would have scored higher. Would make a trip if you are anywhere close.
