Blue Pan Pizza

Pizza was delicious.. It’s a heavy slight but is also light. Ingredients are super fresh, sauce is great. Crispy crust. Probably as good of a Detroit style pizza I have had.

This is the best Detroit I have tried. So light and crispy. Delicious.

Solid 7.8 Very good. They also served Faygo in a bottle.

Tough and chewy crust, extremely salty.

Excellent Detroit style. I don’t love Detroit style, so I’m knocking it down due to personal tastes. That said… this is the best Detroit style this Minnesotan has ever had. I just can’t do more than 1 slice w/o entering a dough coma.

Blue pans tavern pizzas are legit. More legit than the mail order bride I ordered last yr. What a scam!!!

Hands down best pizza we’ve had so far - solid 8.4 from both of us. Fluffy, perfect amount of sauce, crispy cheese edges.

Different than most Detroit style I have had in that the bread was even more of a focus than usual. Could have done w/ a bit more sauce. Need to try at the restaurant as well since the pizza was somewhat cool by the time it was delivered. OG cheese was the best version I tried.

Great Detroit pizza. Got a pesto chicken and a pepperoni sausage and was great. Extremely light dough

Detroit style…Half Brooklyn and half Tomato Pie

Incredible crust and the flavor is through the roof. I would eat this pizza every week if I lived in Denver. 9.9/10 on the owner who was super approachable and a down to earth guy. I guess that’s a bonus review on the management at the place. Ha

1st time trying and it was SO good. The ricotta was a nice touch and really all the ingredients meshed perfectly. We did the Sweetie Pie and the Brooklyn Bridge.

Very good. Hard to rate Detroit any higher than around an 8 not because it isn’t good but because they’re all so similar. This is still one of the better Detroit styles I’ve had. Two worst things about this place is the price and the sauce which lacks flavor and is too runny. Overall very solid pizza
