Pizza Review
First stop In Denver so I just went off of a pres best review. Denver is not a pizza town but we go for it anyway. My first Detroit style pie overall pretty good and interesting. Blue pan is def a popular spot I’m writing this Friday night at 5:07 and there isn’t an extra seat in the building. Owner is from Michigan so he brought Detroit style somewhere else which I appreciate Nice bar nice table area good music. Overall nice place to have a pie. Good local brews on tap as well. Also the staff is very nice and friendly and you can tell they are all friends so that gives a very nice atmosphere. Pie was light but heavy sauce sucks but I’m a New York purist so that’s to be expected. Cheese was actually good dough was very light but heavy def unique to this pie and I can’t stress that enough. Crust is what I’m getting off over it’s almost caramelized in the flavor and is crispy but not to much very good crust for only being just a sliver. Do we judge flop on a Detroit pie? I think not. I’d come back cool people good atmosphere overall decent pie. Ps probably the best ranch dressing I’ve had in my life 9.8/10 on that.
