Full disclosure, this was not a cheese piece, but a tomato pie sub ricotta dollops for garlic cloves. I had to take the opportunity to have something amazing when I had the chance. This was probably my second highest Detroit-style pie that I’ve had. My best guess for the cheese pie would be low 8s. Next time, I’ll confirm…and there will be a next time.

Great Detroit pizza. Got half thick pepperoni and half thin pepperoni with sausage. Sauce is sweet but very good.

Standard gluten crust review. Had the Detroit twice so this time we opted to try the NY style round pie. Had some flop but the toppings were fresh. Recommend sticking with the Detroit style pizza here.

The bread was thick and delicious, and the cheese, crust, and overall flavor were amazing! I actually had four slices in one sitting! The mixed peppers and red onions on top added a great touch. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Really good pizza, cheese was better than peperoni. Really filling, really good texture and crust. I agree with Dave in that Detroit style is its own category it's hard to compare to a New York style or anything for that matter. Favorite pizza in Denver so far.

It’s easy to overdo it with sauce for me and that was my biggest issue. Thankfully, corner slices add some much appreciated crispy texture. The flavors are great, just not balanced the way I prefer.

AMAZING pizza! The bartender we had serving us was so helpful. He said the Detroit style is what they’re known for and recommended half “Brooklyn Bridge” and half “Little Rose.” It’s a very light pizza. We enjoyed it so much, we went back a few days later. The tavern style is very good too!

Cheese crust was everything, bread and sauce was high quality. If detroit style pizza is your bread and butter, I haven't had better than this.
