Blue Pan Pizza

I love a good Detroit pizza so that’s what I got here. Thick but also light, a nice crunch and a soft middle. This one has it all covered.

The Detroit style is great and worth trying there’s not a lot in the area in that style.

Score is overall based on Detroit style and NY style. Both solid. Actually prefer the Detroit pie more surprisingly.

Absolutely fabulous Detroit style pizza, especially for CO. Tavern style was also incredible thin crust (not pictured)

Standard gluten crust review. Thick and light just like we like our offense lineman. This is quality through and through. Amazing crust and great sauce. The cannolis are also fantastic.

Light. Cheesey crust. Amazing

Great flavors but why short me on the sauce? $23 for a pie, sauce should be on every slice adequately.

Just found my new personal favorite slice…wouldn’t change it on bit. Bravo 👏🏻
