Pizza Review
Back in action, and this new upscale Detroit-style pizza venue in my own town of Bloomfield just blew me away. Crispy, chewy but tender crust, baked in rectangular steel pans, then topped (on the Classic Pie shown and rated here) with Mozz and Wisconsin Brick cheese, then generous amounts of Red Sauce ON TOP! Amazing. Also enjoyed the Clam Pie with bechamel and thick bacon. Simply decadent.
