Fantastic slice, probably the best in El Dorado Hills if that means anything to you. Expensive but you pay for quality. Really great fresh mozzarella.The flop is ridiculous, hardly any bend. My only complaint would be a little greasy, but I didn’t notice it until the last 2 slices. 8.6, book it
