Pretty good. Crust was a bit too chewy and didn't have as much flop as I prefer. But tasted good and liked the sauce

Crust is excellent, fantastic crisp and undercarriage. Sauce could use a little more flavor and the sausage needs some work. Overall a solid NY style pie
