They call this their “New Jersey Tomato Pie,” which means sauce on top and finished with garlic and eevo. Thin, coal-fired and a delicious unique flavor. Worth a visit.

“Jersey Pie” light airy crust, a little flop, great flavor!! Sauce has a nice tang plenty of garlic and fresh mozzarella

Decent char and crisp from the coal fire oven. The sauce isn't spectacular, but still good. Thin crust and balanced great with the cheese and sauce.

As a forewarning, I’m a sole believer that New Haven pizza is where some of the best pizzerias are! With that being said, this pizza was not bad. Pizza was fairly thin, and there was a crunch on the crust. However the dough was a little chewy in spots rather than feeling like it was fully cooked through. Sauce and toppings were flavorful, but the layer of sauce was very thin and not a how lot of sausage on this pie in comparison to the amount of onions used

Had worst but have also had a whole lot better
