Boccone Pizzeria & Ristorante

At first open this was a pretty sharp looking family/football pie. This is my mother's go to pizza place so it def earned a little love in that area. Sauce has a nice tang and the cheese has some great creaminess. Level of oil and the lack of flavor in the crust def is a deduction. Gas fired oven pizza needs to really Excel in terms of ingredients and this joint does a good job of putting a quality product forward. Gimme alittle more flavor in the crust (dough could use salt) and I will look past the oil spill on top. Overall good local joint that you can eat 7 days a week if anything I might be slightly forgettable That's a review!
