My new Chicago favorite. • Crispy AF crust • Perfectly cooked • Toppings are to die for • They make their OWN giardiniera peppers to top the Italian beef za. Also you tell them how big to cut your slice and you pay by LB. Eat as much or as little as you want. Or get a little bit of everything. Also the owners are awesome people and really care about their place. I may never go anywhere else.

So many choices but some of the best crust ever!

Interesting little shop. Roman style - rectangular and bought by weight. The dough was nice and airy, although a little crisp. Tried the Cacio e Pepe & the spicy eggplant. Cacio e Pepe had celery, which by design is unusual and threw me off. Spicy eggplant had some serious kick with a thin layer of eggplant and a heavy dose of olive oil. Preferred the eggplant. 7.2: Very good. Will be back to try other topping combinations.

Solid slice and the variety was crazy can definitely see getting some new flavors

Grabbed the only chunk of Margherita they had that looked edible, about a 1/4 lb for $2.50. Just ok Roman style that was pretty dry after they heated it up. Average cheese and sauce. The variety of pizzas was impressive but most of it looked mediocre. It was ok for a quick snack before hopping on the train but would rather hit one of the other places in the area for a meal.
