Bongiorno's Italian Deli & Pizzeria

Aside from burning the crap outta the roof of my mouth, this is was a solid thin slice nestled in the heart of downtown where Bar Style and Deep Dish tend to reign supreme among locals. Incredible crust with excellent hold throughout. Wish I could say the same for the cheese since it had the tendency to slide off the slice and leave me shoveling to recover what fell off. With that being said, the sauce truly rounded out this pie with a distinct flavor despite having no tang. Overall a solid lunch to dinner pizza to have with co-workers.
