Bongiorno's NY PIZZERIA

Love it! Best NY Pizza I’ve had in a while. Was our first time, will be back often!

Happy to recommend Bongiorno's. First time visit and we really enjoyed it. Clean restaurant, plenty of seating, friendly staff. The pizza was delicious. My 2 year old took down a slice of cheese, my wife had a gluten free Hawaiian, and I enjoyed a half Hawaiian half pepperoni - well done. Great crisp, delicious sauce, good cheese/ sauce ratio. Enjoy!

Probably the best slice I’ve had in Cali so far. Undercarriage was crisp, crust had the crunch, sauce was perfect balance of spice and sweet, great cheese ratio. Wish it was a little less grease but it didn’t ruin it. Went for the roni for the second slice cause it just came out the oven. Surprisingly great undercarriage for using a salamander. Don’t sleep on this joint

Very surprised with the quality of this pizza. Tiny bit oily on top, but not horrible, outstanding, undercarriage, perfect flop, and fresh ingredients for sure. This will be my new Poway spot.

First bite.... crispy and LIGHT dough. Loved it. Cheese was high quality. Someone else on here left a review that not enough sauce. I would have to agree. But I am overall a light sauce guy. But this slice had hardly any. I wish I knew the dough was so light. I will order a whole pie next time and probably finish it. Overall an above average pizza. And for the Poway SD area one of the best.

Great pizza...nice n crispy. Needs more sauce. I challenge the presidente to rate this one when Dave is in san Diego.

Very enjoyable. Just the right amount of crisp underneath. Questionable flop at times, but stellar mozzarella sticks.
