It can’t be scored as a calzone, it’s not a calzone. It’s a pizza, folded in half and then deep fried 😱 So how did it taste? Amazing, duh. Take a pizza, take a calzone, fry it and you got “fry pizza”. A creation fit for state fair grounds can now be found at Prova. The ricotta with salami is sensational. A must try for you adventure seekers who love trying new things. A great grab n go item as well as it’s eaten like a panini sandwich. 💯 Recommended 👍🏼
